Frequently Asked Questions
What are your store hours?
Our store is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Sundays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. During major holidays, we may have special hours which will be posted on our website and social media pages.
Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we offer delivery within a 15km radius of our store location. Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size. For orders over ₹2000, we offer free delivery within 5km. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, UPI payments (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), and net banking. We also offer EMI options for purchases above ₹5000 through select credit cards. Unfortunately, we currently don't accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency.
Can I return or exchange products?
We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. For defective products, we offer exchanges within 15 days. Food items and personalized products cannot be returned unless defective. Please contact our customer service for return authorization.
Do you carry products for exotic pets?
While we primarily focus on dogs and cats, we do carry a selection of products for birds, fish, and small mammals like rabbits and guinea pigs. Our inventory varies, so we recommend calling ahead for specific exotic pet needs. We can also special order many items with a deposit.
Are your grooming services available for all pet sizes?
Our grooming salon accommodates pets of all sizes, from teacup breeds to giant breeds. However, for pets over 50kg or with special behavioral needs, we recommend scheduling a consultation first. Our groomers are trained to handle anxious or elderly pets with extra care and patience.
