  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate PetLore, a PetLore employee, another user, or any other person or entity
  • In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or is unlawful, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful

Products and Services

All products and services offered by PetLore are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products or services at any time without notice.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or other content available are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of errors.

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue services without notice at any time.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

Purchases and Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may refuse any order placed through our services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unopened, unused merchandise in its original condition within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Personal care items and grooming products
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital products and downloadable software
  • Items on clearance or final sale

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. You can expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return.

For defective or damaged items, please contact us within 15 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Service Appointments

Grooming, training, and veterinary services require advance booking. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling at our discretion. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.

For the safety and comfort of all pets, we require proof of current vaccinations for all grooming and boarding services. Pets showing signs of illness may be refused service.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PetLore and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of PetLore.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website, except as follows:

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
  • You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes
  • You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution

Limitation of Liability

In no event will PetLore, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
  • Any content obtained from the services
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall PetLore's aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid PetLore in the last 12 months for the services giving rise to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service.
